Frequently asked questions
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and should review it carefully before placing an order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. Midori is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address and cannot provide a refund or replacement.
What happens if my package is returned or refused?
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly, we’ll contact you once it arrives.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and any additional reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Express shipping is the only U.S. shipping option that includes insurance and a guaranteed delivery date. If you choose a different shipping method, Midori is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or believed to be stolen and cannot provide a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Not quite yet. We currently ship within the United States only, but we hope to offer international shipping again in the future.
