- All original tags must remain attached.
- The hygienic liner must be fully attached and must not have been removed or repositioned.
- Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing time
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after it arrives. Refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Right to refuse returns
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, scents, pet hair, or removal of the hygienic liner may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges, upgraded shipping charges, gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
